The team at SERVPRO was very professional and polite.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience during this hard time.  They cleaned up and ensured our belongings were boxed up and put in storage during the rebuild.

A bad storm caused a blackout and our sump pump failed and then our basement flooded. It had a few feet of water in it in just minutes. SERVPRO of Scarsdale and crew got to our home in the storm and began work immediately. This was such an overwhelming situation and we were so impressed with how hard they worked on a cleanup. Robert and the crew did an amazing job.

After a recent wind storm in this area, trees and a lot of rain fell on and around our family house. Great service that they provide for customers. Very professional, and pleasant to deal with.
