Our Chamber of Commerce in Mount Vernon flooded in a wet basement

We are members of the six Chambers of Commerce in our area & one close to our office flooded.

It was originally a frozen pipe issue in the Chamber's official building / offices, but the metal did not corrode until the heat of the summer.

With no content in the damp basement, the Chamber staff just noticed the flooding late this summer. We came to the rescue as Chamber partners, and cleaned up their water damage.

The water was high and sitting long enough that we needed to remove much of the drywall as seen in the second picture. With the place dry and disinfected it is ready to be restored.
