Top Down Frozen Pipe Flood Bronxville 10708
We were called to a multi-million dollar home in Bronxville, NY home, for a frozen pipe flooding issue after brutal temps in 10708. This water damage ruined a glued down carpet and some furniture, in the family’s semi-finished basement. However, we saved a couch and some side tables for homeowners. The 2nd level pipes flooded the DeMici’s boiler room, their lower level and laid down 3 inches of water in the basement, up to the staircase leading to the kitchen. The AFTER pic was taken once the area was dried completely, and we had came back to pick up our SERVPRO of Scarsdale... drying equipment, dehumidifier and other gear. It was a 4 day drying process and we completed preventative mold mitigation, too.
